APPLE SEASON
IN OAK GLEN

Thursday, September 28, 2023

You know it’s autumn in Oak Glen when the aroma of homemade apple pie, fresh pressed cider and just-picked apples fills the brisk mountain air! The apple harvest in Oak Glen extends from September through mid-November, beckoning visitors to its acres of abundant orchards set against a backdrop of snow-peaked mountains and autumn colored leaves.  We’ll spend the day at Riley’s Farm. Nestled in the apple growing foothills, Riley’s Farm is a working apple orchard and living history farm where you’ll be taken on a wagon ride, dip your own candle to take home, and enjoy a family style lunch in the Tavern. You'll also be treated to just made warm cider donuts to enjoy on the way home!
