As a group leader, you enjoy opening the doors to the world for your group. Yet, at
times, there may be details or situations that you don't want to worry about - the quality
of accommodations, the safety of your group members, or getting the best value for their
dollar.

| Being the person in charge of
putting trips together for your group can be a difficult and time consuming job. The staff
at Main Street Tours understands this, and is here to try to make that job a great deal
easier for you. All you need to do is glance at the Group Tour Planning
Guide, pick out the trip that looks good to you, choose a date and give us a call.
We'll take it from there, handling all the details, including arrangements for the best
hotels, restaurants, attractions and transportation. On the day of your trip, a beautiful
deluxe motor coach will arrive at your pick up point with an experienced and knowledgeable
tour driver behind the wheel. He'll come prepared with individual itineraries for each
passenger. From the time you depart to the time you return, you can be assured of a
pleasant and memorable journey with MAIN STREET TOURS. |

| We offer three different pricing structures on all of our
group tours. The prices are based on 38-55 paying passengers, 29-37 paying
passengers, and 19-28 paying passengers, with every 20th
passenger now free. Most of our coaches seat a maximum of 47 passengers. We
also now have 28, 49, 55 and 58 passenger vehicles, which are available upon
request. Rates and tours in the
Guide are subject to change without notice. |

| We realize that organizing a trip for a group requires a
great deal of effort on your part. Therefore, we are pleased to extend
one complimentary tour package for every 19 paid passengers. You will
notice in this year’s tour planning guide every 20th passenger is
now free! |

| MAIN STREET TOURS only
utilizes the latest model coaches available today. All are fully equipped with reclining
seats, air-conditioning, restroom and P.A. system. Get more details from
"Motor Coach
Features". All coaches are licensed by the state Public Utilities Commission and
the Interstate Commerce Commission. They are also inspected regularly by the California
Highway Patrol for your safety. Your group is insured onboard, for $5 million. A
certificate of insurance, listing your club as additionally insured, is available upon
request at no extra charge. |

| MAIN STREET TOURS is proud of
its professional tour drivers. All of them are very experienced behind the wheel and
knowledgeable of the areas you will be visiting. They will handle all the details
throughout the trip, affording you the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the tour with the
rest of your group. |

| All overnight tours listed in the Guide, have included
handling whenever it is available. Baggage tags are sent to you at least 30 days prior to
you overnight trip. |

| On the day of your trip, your driver will provide printed
itineraries for each passenger listing the daily schedule, what's included in the tour and
some background about the places you'll be visiting. We have found that these itineraries
are of great value in keeping your group on schedule and your trip running smoothly. |

like some narrative information to make your trip more enjoyable and informative, or need

Guide lists over 200 different day trips and more than 60 overnight tours to choose
